Care of Silk

We recommend dry cleaning only. Silk can be cleaned by hand washing with cold water (lukewarm is OK) only. Never use hot water. We recommend pure soap.

Never use bleach/chlorine products (whitening can be accomplished with three to four tablespoons of white vinegar in a bowl of cool water. Use a towel to draw out the water (rolling it up...do not wring it out).

Velvet products should be dry cleaned only. Make sure your dry cleaner knows how to clean silk and treats them separately.
